$15 Evergreen Coaching Week [Winter 2024]

Your story might start where ours did: with the desire to help teen girls and pre-teen girls in the church but unsure where to start.

Our question was how do we, as women of the church, connect with these girls to share the Truth in love (Ephesians 4) and be a mentor to them as they grow in God? And so began Radiant (for 4th-6th grade girls) and LIGHT Group (for 7th-12th grade girls).

This is what we want to share with you. Throughout this Evergreen Coaching Week, we’ll be sharing what got us started and how you can brainstorm to similarly reach out to the pre-teen and teen girls in your life!

So join us in gathering together as women of Christ as we put pen to paper to see how we can guide these girls in God's Truth (Acts 8:31) and help them keep to their lamps burning for Him (Luke 12:35).

For Christian women who want to share God with teen girls

While one half of Evergreen is dedicated to encourage you as Christian women in your personal relationship with God, the other half of our heart lies with the desire to mentor and encourage teen (and preteen) girls in the church to truly know God.

Over three years ago, we started “LIGHT group,” a time set aside for us as Christian women to mentor and teach our teen girls at church— to eat together, to read from God’s Word, and to talk about life in God.

We have been amazed at what God has done, and we want to share it with you!

This workshop is different snapshot, this time of our Teacher membership, which will be opening for the very first time at the end of Evergreen Week! We are compiling our thoughts, experiences, and resources from the last three years and sharing what we hope will help you in likewise creating a haven in which to teach and mentor teen girls in God.
