God is the LIGHT.
“This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5

God always has been and always will be the true light. In His presence, everything is clear. In Him is truth and life.

God's Word (the Bible) is LIGHT.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105
God has given us his words as a light to guide us in a world that is full of darkness. We are not alone. His words light the way to lead us home to him, back to our Creator and Redeemer.

We are to be LIGHTs.
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16
In knowing and having the light, why would we hide it from others stumbling in darkness? We should eagerly share it! We are but lanterns, allowing God’s true light to shine through us so that others can be as in awe and in love with God, too.
Who is this for?
LIGHT Bible study journals are for women, from teen girls to women of all ages.
Does it use a specific Bible version?
Yes- almost all of the journals use the ESV. Although it can be done with other versions, it will make the most sense with the ESV.
How often is there a LIGHT Bible journal?
There is a new LIGHT Bible journal every fall and every spring.
How much does it cost?
LIGHT Bible study journals are $25 (plus shipping).
