It’s a journey.
Everyone loves a good journey. There is the excitement of adventure but also preparation for the challenges that are sure to come.
One thing we know we need is light along our path to help us move forward. That light is the radiance of God’s Truth— the Bible (Psalm 119:105). And this journey is incredible:
We desire to seek the Truth of the Bible more so we can truly know God.
We search with perseverance for what the Truth says and to be closer to God.
We know God more deeply, walking past all of the world’s worries, riches, and pleasures, and starting to live for him.
We live completely at home with God, always filling our hearts with the Truth and living it, encouraging others as well.
We find ourselves in different stages of the journey constantly as we learn and grow into who God created us to be. Though no one’s journey is exactly the same, we all strive to the know the Truth and to know God.
The path and the destination are the incredible journey are the same.

The journey…
1. Desiring
You’re looking for the path. You’re ready to start the journey and desire to truly know God. You are excited to understand who he is more deeply and to be in close relationship with him. You believe in him and want to hear what the Bible says.

This is the Bible, all the words of God to us.

Time spent reading the Bible is like escaping to a refuge, safe and refreshing. We treasure it.

2. Searching
You have found joy in the Bible. You are continuing the search for the Truth despite other things the world is . You are determined to continue the journey despite times of testing because you believe the journey with God and to God is worth it. You are being rooted in God, and you are in it for the long haul.

This is what surrounds our life as we are rooted in God’s Word.

The journey isn’t scary because even in traveling, our souls are anchored in God.

3. Knowing
You have found Home at the end of the road. You have stability in knowing the Truth. You are walking past the thorns of the cares, riches, and pleasures of this world. You are growing closer to God. You are living differently and more like God because of the Bible (bearing fruit).

This is in sight: being home, being with God.

Every seemingly “good” thing of the world will try to prevent us from getting home, but with our eyes on God, we walk past them all.

Your life is obviously one that of one living for God (it is obvious because of your fruit, your actions).
4. Living
You are at Home with God. You are committed to fully holding fast to the Truth. You are consistently striving to have an honest and good heart, to be more like God because of the Bible. You are bearing fruit with patience so that others will know the beauty of seeking, finding and knowing God. You are immersed in the gift of eternal life— knowing God.

This is what we all long for: living day after day truly knowing God, from now until eternity.

Life is too beautiful to keep to ourselves, so we encourage others to find home in God and live for him.

What is the LIGHT membership?
It gives access to Bible study videos and encouragement of all kinds for teen girls and women in their walk Christ.
How does the Bible study work?
The Bible study is a video series working through a specific book of the Bible. A brief video accompanies each section of a LIGHT journal to provide additional thoughts and encouragement. A new course opens every six months, and all previous Bible studies are accessible through the membership as well.
How does the encouragement work?
Members will receive a weekly encouragement email as well as a brief encouraging text twice a week. This is designed to strengthen your walk with God during our week.
How much does it cost?
The LIGHT membership costs $25/month. We are still in the early stages and cost is subject to change in the future as we add to it further so don’t miss out!
Can I access previous courses?
Yes! As each journal is released, the accompanying video-series/course is released within the LIGHT membership and is there to stay. So you can look back on previous courses anytime!
