LIGHT membership
The Teacher’s LIGHT membership is for women of the church who want to teach the truth and love of the Bible to teen girls / women— to keep all our lamps burning for God.
Encouraging teen girls / women to keep their lamps burning.
It’s a process.
In walking along the journey, we don’t walk alone. There are others to encourage us. But we also should encourage others.
As we solidify our walk with God, we are able to help teen girls / women (Seekers) to press on along the journey :
We resolve to help Seekers keep their lamps burning.
We bond a team together to create a haven to teach teen girls / women the Truth in love.
We prepare ourselves in study and prayer to then share.
And as part of the family of God, we nurture Seekers, purposefully encouraging them in their walk with God.
The process of helping others along the journey will be everchanging with joys and difficulties. Some days the Seekers’ lights grow dim and other days they burn bright.
But our desire to help guide the teen girls / women to stay strong in God is a mission, because we believe in the importance of the journey to find Home in God.

“Stay dressed for action and keep your lamps burning, and be like [servants] who are waiting for their master to come home from the wedding feast, so that they may open the door to him at once when he comes and knocks.” - Luke 12:35-36
The process:
1. Resolve
You know there is a need for the younger teens / women to be encouraged in God. You love the Truth and want to uplift others in the Family with the gospel. You are willing to love them and are determined that you will let God use you however he sees fit.

Knowing the need and importance of sharing the light of the good news of Christ with teen girls/women who, like us, are surrounded by the darkness of the world.

Wanting to help guide teen girls / women truly know God and the power of living in his love.

Prayerfully believing you are led to help teen girls / women and committing to doing whatever God calls of you to bring them to him.
2. Bond
You are looking for like-minded sisters in Christ to create a place of refuge for teen girls / women. You seek those who have the same resolve and who have gifts they are able and willing to share for God’s glory. You meet together often and become strong together in your mission to bring the teen girls / women nearer to God.

Seeking out other women who are anchored in the Truth and with whom you can serve God by teaching and encouraging teen girls / women.

Finding women who have and are willing to share the gifts God has given them to this ministry (ex: hospitality, teaching, encouraging, planning…)

Deciding as sisters in Christ that your mission is the same in ultimately bringing glory to God by sharing his Word and that you will strive to be one in him in the journey to come.
3. Prepare + share
You, first and foremost, take the time to be strong in God and filled with him. You devote time to Bible study. You anticipate questions or thoughts from what is being studied. You remain in prayer before, during, and after. You keep your eyes on Jesus while sharing the Truth with teen girls / women.

Taking the time truly know the Truth through in-depth Bible study so that you can step out of the way and allow God’s Word to be clearly seen when sharing with teen girls / women.

Praying without ceasing — before, during, and after time spent with the teen girls / women.

4. Nurture
You are building relationships with the teen girls / women. You are investing in their lives and being there for them. Being filled with God’s strength in preparing (stage 3), you are able to give time and energy to them. You mentor them, encouraging them in God through all situations.

Making a point to dedicate a certain timeframe and routine to gathering with teen girls / women to share and build relationships with them in God.

Giving encouragement to teen girls / women as they need it (may be in different ways) in their walk with Christ.

Rejoicing in sharing Christ with these teen girls / women and in being an instrument of God as he brings his children back to him—rejoicing in a life where we all keep our lamps burning so we are ready and longing to see him face-to-face.

Join others who share the same resolve. Create a refuge of truth and love in God for teen girls / women. Grow in nurturing them to follow Christ.
And all together, we keep our lamps burning.

What is the LIGHT teacher membership?
It gives access to encouragement and resources to teach teen girls / women in truth and love of the Bible.
What resources are available?
The LIGHT Teacher membership has all the resources of the LIGHT membership with additional detailed materials to guide teaching teen girls / women and continual encouragement for encouragers.
How does the encouragement work?
Members receive continual encouragement during the week through various ways of communication (texts, emails, lives).
How much does it cost?
The current cost to join is $30/month. Since this is the first launch and founding member price, the cost is subject to change in the future, so don’t miss out!
Can I access previous courses?
Yes! As each journal is released, the accompanying video-series/course is released for those in the LIGHT Teacher membership along with accompanying teacher materials. They are then there to stay so you can look back on previous courses anytime!
