Ordering and terms

What is the minimum order?

$100 for your first order and $150 for reorders. Each title comes in a case pack of 3, so four everseeking titles (12 journals, $120) clears the first-order minimum, and five titles (15 journals, $150) covers a reorder.

Can I mix titles and journal lines?

Yes. Mix any everseeking and Radiant titles, in packs of 3 per title.

What payment terms do you offer?

When you order through Faire, eligible retailers can pay on net 60 terms. Orders through our website wholesale shop are paid at checkout.

Can I order directly instead of through Faire?

Yes. Approved retailers can order through our members-only wholesale shop on our website. Use the "Apply to order direct" button above to fill out a short application, and we'll be in touch within 2 business days.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

Not at this time.

I'm ordering for a church or group, not a store. Can I still order?

Yes! Churches and groups can order on our website with 20% off bulk pricing. Questions? Email support@evergreencypress.com.

Shipping and returns

How quickly will my order ship?

We pack and ship within 5 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only.

What if something arrives damaged?

Report it within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and choose a replacement or a refund. For Faire orders, report it through Faire. For website orders, email wholesale@evergreencypress.com.

Can I return journals that don't sell?

Your first order with us through Faire qualifies for Faire's free returns. Later orders are final sale, but contact us if something isn't selling and we'll help.

The journals

Who are the journals for?

everseeking is for women. Radiant is for preteen girls, about 4th to 6th grade.

Do customers need to start with No. 01?

No. Every journal stands on its own, so customers can pick any title.

Which Bible translation works best?

Any translation works. Some parts of the Radiant journals are easiest to follow with the NIV.

Are the journals tied to a particular denomination?

No. The journals are always written to be Scripture-first and not based on denominational views.

Can I reorder titles outside their season?

Yes. Any title we have in stock can be ordered year-round. Seasonal collections just highlight what fits each time of year.

How often do you add new titles?

We add about two new journals to each seasonal collection, about two months before the season begins.

Selling and display

Can I use your product photos on my website and social media?

Yes, feel free to use our product photos on your website and social media. Please don't edit or alter the photos in any way.

Can I sell the journals online, including on Amazon?

Yes, you're welcome to sell them on your own business website. Please don't sell them on Amazon or other third-party marketplaces.

Do you offer display stands or signage?

We don't offer display stands yet, but we have a free printable 5×7 sign that introduces the journals and the heart behind them. Download it from our Wholesale page, or ask and we'll send it to you.
