How does an everseeking journal work?

In each everseeking journal, we study either a passage or a theme of Scripture.

One of the main study from the “Delighting in Your Word” journal

We made the main study only 20 days to leave time to catch up during the month, but also added 10 optional pages of further study if you’re able to study a page a day! Either way, it’s just a little a day in a consistent way.

The everseeking collection

This is our full everseeking collection, every issue since we started everseeking in 2023! Bestseller journals are always available and those that will be coming seasonally this year are marked “2026” — but always check our extra inventory to see what we have!

Busy, but not too busy for Him

Hello, friend!

“I hate saying I’m too busy for Bible study. I do think it’s important — really important. But I can’t seem to make it work.”

We’ve heard this in so many words from so many women of God. We desire God… it’s just hard. Yes, we’re busy, but we don’t want to be too busy for Him.

And that’s where the everseeking journals were born, each a “snippet study” of a passage or topic of the Bible, guiding to just take Bible study one step at a time, one page at a time.

My prayer is that even if it’s just for five minutes and even if it’s not every day, that you be encouraged in finding consistency in spending time with Creator — to be everseeking of our beautiful God (Psalm 27:4) and though busy, never too busy for Him.

FAQs

How is this different than the other journals?

Unlike the other Evergreen journals, this one is specifically designed for 20-30 days!

How does it work?

These journals are designed to help you meet your goal of reading the Bible daily. Need a slower pace? Complete the main 20 pages (in 5 minutes or less) a day, with weekends to catch up. Want to meditate on God’s Word daily and more in-depth? Go deeper by completing the full 30 pages (including 10 “optional” pages).

What if I can’t finish it?

While the secondary goal is to finish, the primary goal is just to spend time with God. If it takes you two months (or more!) to complete the journal, that’s fine! Enjoy collecting the exclusive everseeking journals or share them as a gift. Don’t let technicalities (feeling like you’re behind or feeling like you’re “not doing it right”) stop you from spending time with God!

Is it based on a passage or theme?

It varies! Most of the time, it’s looking at a theme the Bible talks about, whether in the New Testament, Old Testament, or both. This is always carefully studied to discuss only what the Bible speaks about and not what we want it to say. And occasionally, the theme will be looking at a specific passage in the Bible!

Do the numbers on the back of the journals matter?

Not for completing them! We number the journals so they can be catalogued and so it can be known when they were released in the everseeking series.

Are these available at a discount for group use?

Yes! For our bestseller and our seasonal journals, you can find a bulk option for ten journals or more with a 20% discount! If you would like one of our other journals from the everseeking collection in bulk, we are able to order them for amounts of 25 or more — simply email us at support@evergreencypress.com to request!

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

— Matthew 6:33

“One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.”

— Psalm 27:4
