It’s like a sweetly composed song, split into different sections and each with their own part of the story to tell. And the hero of the story, repeated throughout and weaved in and out of every section, is the Word of God. The Word of God, also know as.. The law of the Lord. Testimonies. Precepts. Statutes. Commandments. Rules. It all comes down to the same thing: what God chooses to tell us. Sometimes it’s practical advice for how to make it in a world where Satan is wreaking havoc. And sometimes it’s pulling back the curtain of heaven to share the too-incredible-to-believe beauty that is from God. God’s Word is powerful yet gentle; just, yet forgiving; sweet to those who follow it and bitter to those who choose to ignore it. But if we don’t know what his Word says, we’re in the same situation as those who willfully ignore it. We want to know it and live! So, let’s look at the beautiful song of God’s Word...
